This 80,000 sf primary care facility was constructed in 2001 and includes exam rooms, offices and an intricate lobby and monumental stair. The structure required meticulous attention to detail, while the substantial pre-cast concrete cornice pieces required expert coordination. Langford & Low successfully delivered this fast-tracked project on time and on budget, using 20% of its own construction forces. The building now stands as the base of the MMC Scarborough Campus.
