This complex renovation consisted of renovation 19,000 square feet of former educational space into a new, state of the art medical oncology practice. This included a USP 800 compounding pharmacy with fully redundant mechanical and emergency power systems providing the highest level of environmental control. Regulatory constraints necessitated a phased turnover which required the project team to establish and maintain a high level of infection control and interim life safety measures to protect patients and staff during the ongoing renovation.
